A flower that has been used in Chinese medicine for hundreds of years, drink it daily as it aids:

Brewing Tips:
2-4g of amount

Bring freshly filtered water to a near boil – 205°F.
pour the hot water over the leaves and let them steep for 2 1/2 – 3 minutes.
Strain and enjoy.
